The Monster has thought up a special dinner menu for the day of love.

You can book in as usual in the usual ways. The usual menu will also be available.

Poached Moonlight flat oysters, champagne jelly, salmon caviar, nasturtium

Tuna tartare, crisp black rice, pickled ginger, avocado, horseradish
Heirloom tomato, peach, spiced feta, cumin oil, rose, basil
Twice cooked duck breast, pickled cherry, rocket puree, barley, saffron

Caramelised banana, cocoa nib brittle, brown butter ice cream, burnt marshmallow
Soft chocolate, oloroso figs, hazelnut, honeycomb
