Making Soft Cheese
WorkshopIt’s not hard to learn how to make soft cheese. Make feta, ricotta, mozzarella and haloumi with Canberra’s own home cheese making expert Gurkan Yeniceri.
The price includes all ingredients, take home notes, nibbles and a glass of local organic wine.
