Summer Strings in the Salon
Eat Drink, MusicThe Canberra Symphony Orchestra are bringing their string quartet to play us some beautiful music in the Monster Salon and Dining rooms. Led by Barbara Jane Gilby the quad will perform contemporary classical Australian compositions.
As usual there are two ticket types – one with a two course lunch (main and dessert) at $70 and simple entry at $20.
Monster can cater for dietary requirements (vego and the like) – just send them an email after you buy your ticket at [email protected]
The menu –
Goldband snapper, fennel, caper and raisin vinaigrette.
Chocolate, sea salt, peanuts, burnt butter icecream.
For vegetarians –
Eggplant with smoked goat’s curd and sesame.
