The Ritual of Reading in Bed – Rosanna Stevens

Talk

Reading in bed is an important night-time ritual that helps lots of us transition from a state of wakefulness (thinking about the five million things we didn’t get to) to one of rest.

The ‘Ritual of Reading in Bed’ is a series of short and sweet Sunday night readings by writers and performers held inside Creative Room 105. Grab a drink from the bar and pile on in to the room for a bedtime story. The author for this event is Rosanna Stevens.

Delve into the messy world of trying too hard, writing about climate change, and entertaining dying relatives with a taster of a longer work in progress. Rosanna’s reading is hilariously honest, unapologetically intense, welcoming and conclusive about how we live fully when we learn all things must end.

This is a free event but pre-booking is essential.
