Finding the right group of tenants to operate alongside Hotel Hotel, and that fit within the broader ethos of the well made and the considered was very important to the hotel and to the Molonglo Group (the Nishi developers).
Communicating the value of a building before it is built is a pretty big undertaking. Clear was brought in to assist in communicating all these core values of Nishi – the commitment to beautiful design, sustainability, community-oriented amenity and services. They were a key team member in the establishment of the display suite at Nishi, also a critical weapon in the creation of a viable property development. The brief from Molonglo Group was to create a library and learning environment rather than a sales-oriented room.
