- 60 ml Cyrus Noble Bourbon
3 dashes Angostura bitters
12ml sugar syrup

Like the name suggests – old school. Super simple. But a goodie.
Put all your ingredients into a short glass.
Garnish with a flamed orange peel.How to flame an orange peel
Cut a strip of fresh, firm orange peel. A thicker piece of peel is easier to squeeze over a lit match.
Light a match; hold the lit match 15 cms or so above the glass.
Hold the orange peel skin side down, about 5 cms above the lit match. If your peel goes black, you’re too close.
Squeeze the peel over the lit match to spray the peel’s oils through the flame and into the glass.
Rub the flamed peel around the rim of the glass. Drop the twist into the drink.
